WHAT JOB SUMMARY (WJS) provides any easy way to track the status of the jobs on which your company is bidding or working.  WJS provides summary tracking and reporting for contractors.  It offers pull-down menus and on-line help.  WJS keeps bid due dates, bid amounts, estimates & actual costs, etc. for 260,000 jobs per year.  Its reports include Daily Activity, Job Status, Monthly Summary, Work On Hand (for bonding), and Work Completed. 

Integrated back-up/restore/format floppies functions make WJS a complete environment in which even a novice user can manage data without the need for addition software or knowledge of DOS commands.  Ease-of-use features include standard pull-down menu design (mouse or keyboard controlled), context-sensitive help, and a help index. Documentation on-disk is provided in ASCII and WordPerfect formats.
